An independent economic impact assessment estimated that, when completed, the Hub will attract over 30,000 trail bike visitors to Manjimup with an estimated expenditure of nearly $12 million.

The Trail Bike Friendly Business Program is a key opportunity for local businesses to tap into this new market, offering exposure and co-promotional events as well as targeted product and service ideas and input into future development of the trails network. There's a small fee associated with this program, but the main requirement is to take a few extra steps to be welcoming of riders.  Small things like a place to hang jackets and helmets, secure parking for bikes and some Windex and tissues for cleaning googles will go a long way towards making friends (and customers) with riders.

 

When you sign up to the program you will receive a kit including suggestions tailored to your type of service, some Trail Bike Friendly Business stickers and other information to help maximise your success.
